Jennifer Lupton-Kelly, RMT

Jennifer began her career as a Registered Massage Therapist in 2001 after graduating from the Canadian College of Massage Therapy. Building on her psychology and counselling background, her vision was to combine her skills and experience to provide a truly holistic wellness experience for her clients.

In 20 years of practice, Jennifer has acquired thousands of hours of clinical, hands-on experience and industry insight. In her commitment and passion as a practitioner, she has augmented her techniques and knowledge by studying other modalities - yoga and meditation, prenatal and Thai massage, aromatherapy, Reiki, acupressure and shiatsu.

This blend of modalities and influences are what shaped Jennifer’s treatment style to what it is today: an intuitive, mindful and rhythmic massage therapy session that incorporates slow compressive and gliding techniques, essential oils, pressure point work, stretching and lengthening tight muscles and focused deep breathing.

Jennifer is known for her sensitivity in listening attentively to her clients and treating them with compassion and loving-kindness (metta). Her gentle manner facilitates the client’s entry into a restorative, relaxing state, thereby reducing physical tension/pain and decreasing emotional stress/anxiety. Many will attest that is her “from the heart” approach that affects people deeply, that makes her touch, a healing touch.

Opening a clinic in the east Toronto neighbourhood where she lives, has long been Jennifer’s dream. It is here where she can serve her community of clients with professional, safe, caring and effective treatments that are grounded in the healing quality of metta.

Registered Acupuncturist

Kelly is an honors graduate from the Acupuncture Integrative Medicine Academy. Her path to holistic wellness began almost 20 years ago when she followed her passion for helping others. Becoming a Holistic Nutritionist and Birth Doula, Kelly spent countless hours as a supporter and stabilizing force for women and families in her Toronto East community.

Kelly discovered the profound healing benefits of Traditional Chinese Medicine after seeking a remedy for stress, anxiety, and pain. Where conventional medicine failed to relieve her symptoms, she turned to Acupuncture and was astounded by the immediate sense of calm she felt. And then again, while pregnant with her daughter, Kelly turned to Acupuncture to relieve her nausea, insomnia, aches, and pains. Having personally experienced the life-changing benefits of Acupuncture for mental, emotional and physical health, Kelly knew then that she had found her calling.

With renewed inspiration, Kelly then dedicated herself to studying this ancient medicine and it became the focus of her life’s work. She whole-heartedly embraces the teachings of Acupuncture and passionately shares this wisdom with others to relieve pain, re-balance and promote energy and vitality. Believing that prevention is key, Kelly empowers her patients to make healthy lifestyle transitions to restore optimal health and improve quality of life.

Kelly has a warm, compassionate and grounding presence. Having been a healthcare professional for almost two decades, she has a wealth of experience and knowledge to share. She offers her therapies in a calm, competent and down-to-earth manner that instills trust and creates a sense of safety in the treatment space. Kelly is incredibly grateful to know her life’s purpose, to share her love of Acupuncture and make a positive impact in the lives of others.
